2nd Quarter, 2008 Multifamily Telephone Performance Analysis Industry Report Card Now Available

Among the survey findings:
- 21% of inbound phone leads were from non-prospects.
- Only 30% of calls from qualified apartment seekers were converted to appointments.
- 2,220 appointment-setting opportunities were missed.
- 777 fewer leases were written as a result.
- Total lease revenue lost by these communities: $10,731,924
